To design and manufacture a combination of containment booms that can be hand carried to specific incidents and deployed rapidly with ease.

Design:	Fire Resistant 610gsm PVC
Production:	Closed Cell PE Foam
Ballast:	6mm Galvanised chain
Connectors:	Universal connectors with toggle pins

Project Summary

A combination of standard containment and fence booms were used
Booms are designed to fit within bags for rapid deployment and easy storage
The Assise® booms were tested against six domestic and international competitors on several occassions and under severe conditions up to 6 knots
